App keeps crashing

Hi,
I have a new Huawei phone which is great but recently when using the app it crashes every time I try to look at the chat/brain box. I know that some apps have issues on huaweis but was wondering if anyone has faced this problem? I now can`t change any settings & there seems to be no updates currently.
