Cannot access my money

I have two interest bearing pockets that I deposited money into on 27th September.

The app shows the money as in my account with “0% available”. The transactions list shows that the money “should arrive 5th October”. So I don’t understand why I am not able to make withdrawls.

I would like somebody to urgently make the necessary changes, or otherwise explain how I get access to my funds.

I’ve made a transfer from my pocket account to my future investor account it stated be available on the 9th of November what’s going on there seem to be a bug with your app !!?
