Cannot login to the app on Android

Hi,

I’ve been using Plum for a while but for some reason today it seemed to skip the fingerprint login and ask for my email again. I entered the email but all I get is a ‘Please try again’ error, the second I hit the submit button. The email is definitely correct, and I need to get access to the money in there ASAP. I seem to have the latest version of the app since it’s not prompting me to update. Is there a known problem at the moment?
