Basically, I’ve been able to sign up for the app and I was able to access the app fine to set things up when I signed up and then when I closed the app and reopened it asks for my PIN which I give and then the app stops responding
Can you re-install the app please and sign in with the email which is linked to your Plum account? You should be able to set a new PIN after this process.
Hi, I’ve reinstalled and signing with the email linked to my account, it allowed me to set up a new pin and biometric log in and I can log in then, but when I exit the app and try to log in it doesn’t work.
The app asks for my pin and greets me by my name, it knows when I enter an incorrect pin but when I enter a correct one it’s stuck loading. Likewise when I use biometrics it stays stuck loading
