Have been logged out of the app on logging in balance is zero

Hi, can anyone please help? I have been logged out of my plum account and on logging back in my balance says zero and all of my details have gone. I’m now really worried as this is my Christmas savings pot!

Please can anyone assist? Prior to this the app didn’t seem to be working very well.

I’ve not had any prior problems.
