HELP Deposit Witdrawl

Hi could somebody please help me! I tried to make deposit as I did many times. It’s been 2 days money been deducted but didn’t arrive.
Now I have mssge in chat from Plum saying they need my bank statment and ID wich I don’t feel comfortable with sharing!!
