Instant Deposit not working

Hi I have been trying for 2 weeks to use instant deposit. Once I log into my bank it takes me directly back to the plum app and does not save. I have emailed help twice and been advised the issue has not been sorted. I have also relinked my bank account as I thought this may help. I did use direct debit but that is not convenient as it sits in my bank for 5 days then takes another 2 days to show in my balance. Please can you confirm the progress on having the issue fixed, thanks.

We’ve identified an issue with Faster Payments for some Android users and we’re working on a fix as we speak.
