At some rare cases, due to the system overload, some of the details are not shown in a proper way. Of course, it doesn’t mean that your funds are gone, they are always safe with Plum; it’s a display issue in the app. Re-installing the app fixes that issue. Our team is aware of the problem and is planning to release an update soon in order to resolve any bugs related to this.
