Money Maximiser - Tracker not recognising transactions

Money Maximiser doesn’t appear to be recognising some regular bills that have been added when they are collected from my account. I am having to, on a daily basis, exclude the payments and link them to the entry. This morning, for example, it was for a payment to Zopa and Admiral (the two extremes of my bills list!!)
