Money stuck between pockets

I was transferring money between a pocket and my primary. My app seemed to freeze and then for some reason , completed the transaction 3 times. The money has now disappeared from the pocket (though does show in the recent transaction list) but has not yet reached the primary pocket (though again is on the transaction list) I now can’t access the money from either pocket and its been 24 hours.
Plum isn’t responding to my calls, emails or live chat requests. Any suggestions gratefully appreciated

I am sorry you are having this issue! I am afraid it is a bug with the app :bug:. Our devs are working hard to fix the issue and it should be sorted in the next few hours!
