Anyone else having issues with withdrawing? I’m getting a line about PARSE errors and JSON. Completely unintelligible to me - but more worryingly I can’t access my money.

Having the same issue. Plum response very slow and below the standard I expect for an institution which stores my money. Have you made any progress? So far the advice I’ve been given has created further issue, such as my investment fund not appearing.

Hi - a simple delete and reinstall of the App worked for me. I imagine a simple update Will do thé same trick.
