Totally Stuck With Log In

I have downloaded the App, and each time I try to log in, it won’t let me. I don’t receive an email. When I click on chat with human, I get sent an error message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times!
How can I see how much you’ve taken from my bank account?

I’ve already explained that the Chat to human does not work despite me deleting the app and reinstalling it

what if you have done both of the above and no one is getting back to you? I have been trying for 2 days now to get access to the app and each time it won’t login. Either says wrong pin, which it isn’t or I logout and click on your email for nothing to happen
