Totally Stuck With Log In

I have downloaded the App, and each time I try to log in, it won’t let me. I don’t receive an email. When I click on chat with human, I get sent an error message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times!
How can I see how much you’ve taken from my bank account?

I’ve already explained that the Chat to human does not work despite me deleting the app and reinstalling it
