Transfer money to my plum account

I all of a sudden can’t transfer money into plum. Plum won’t move over to my bank account. It’s frustrating.

I am sure that I am not alone in finding the time lapses in moving between account difficult. For example, this morning, I have a balance in my EA Savings Pocket but I am not allowed to deposit it for investment.
An indication of availability would be helpful

I am really sorry about that.

At the moment, you can only transfer funds to investments either from your bank account or from your Plum primary pocket. So, in this case I would suggest you to transfer the funds to your Plum primary pocket first and then to your investments.
