Trouble re-linking Santander bank (Resolved)

The app version should now be available to 100% of users and should resolve the biometric authentication issues you have been experiencing.

Could you download the new app version and re-attempt the authorisation flow, please?

I’m having similar trouble from android (pixel 2). Linking to my Halifax account it takes me to the halifax app and I go through all the security measures there, but when I go back to plum it still says it can’t save anything because it is not linked to my bank.

Any advice?
