Can you not have a modecom of courtesy and answer Help on my account.

You say you will assist within the day, but 48 hours later, no one has bothered to get our of bed and help.


Likely to do with the time of year, customer support will have been on reduced hours over festive period and coming off of the New Year bank holiday. They’re likely to be working through a backlog so naturally that will cause wait times to increase.

I’m sure they’ll get back, just a little bit more patience given the context.
